George Rogers Baby Grand Piano

I've inherited a George Rogers baby grand that's in great condition apart from a couple of sticky keys and the dire need of a tune up.
The serial number is 22361 and I have ascertained that it was built between 1904 and 1910.
Unfortunately I don't have the room for it so will need to sell it.
Can anyone tell me if it has any worth and the best way of selling it?
Would it be worth more if I get the keys fixed and get it retuned?

As it says at the top of the page, it's impossible to evaluate a piano without seeing it. Rogers were a good make and baby grands sell more easily than the bigger ones. Get a tuner/tech in to sort the sticking notes and to tune it, and s/he will be able to give you a fair idea of value for the area in which you live - prices vary throughout the country.
