Although there were several firms named Bishop, we have no record of this name, and the closest options are E. Bishop & Son, or F.A. Bishop & Co.. No dates of serial numbers are available and, anyway, this is almost certainly McIntosh's stock number. McIntosh was already in business by 1886, and disappeared around 1896.
