we are working on a property that needs clearing out . we have a piano which were told we should not brake up and skip !
can anybody tell me if its worth saving
under the fallboard it says cf or e bishop & sons london ?
does this mean anything to anybody ?

There's another posting a bit further down the forum for E. Bishop. Yours looks like a typical Edwardian piano, as described and illustrated at

You don't say where you are in the world, but here in Britain, unrestored pianos of this age are difficult to sell at all, and not worth the cost of major restoration, especially if they are not holding in tune, so the first person to ask is your local tuner.
