1897-1905 is the period given by Ehrlich's book for Regester & Fellowes.
Some time after 1892, the firm became Regester & Sons.
1929 They may have ceased trading?
1938 Not listed in Music Trades Directory.
This places your piano between 1905 and 1929, and it certainly looks like something from the twenties.
I will see if I have any record of the retailer Daniels, Ipswich is quite near me. If you want to search for clues inside the piano, have a look at

Daniels doesn't appear in my Ipswich lists up to 1899, but he was at 6 Norwich Road by 1911.
He was still listed in Musique Adresses Universel, 1928. The only other reference I have found so far is this 1929 one.
