Sandon & Steedman

Post by Bill Kibby »

Possibly following on from Ennever & Steedman, they began around 1883, and seem only to have been listed in directories for about a decade. Are there any addresses? Any other clues are hidden inside the piano...

Sandon & Steedman

Names and addresses are sometimes laid out in a confusing way, and Eastbourne is a great distance from London. Gildredge Road (Eastbourne) seems to be the address of Grant, the tuner, and Sandon & Steedman were in London from the 1880s to the 1890s.

There may well be clues hidden inside the piano. See

... and also the Reports page there.
