If you don't want to earn money, then you don't want to be a professional. Of course you can learn, it's never too late (especially at only 19) so find yourself a good teacher and go for it!
I play for my own amazement...

Asalaam o alaikum Hatem
19 is a PERFECT age to start learning. You are an adult now so you'll be doing it because you WANT to do it. Don't think about it. Just do it!!!!

The world's unluckiest piano learner, quite possibly.

Depends on how good your teacher is, to a certain extent, but more importantly on how much time you can dedicate to practising. It sounds to me that you are determined, so go for it!

On average it takes around 8 – 10 years to become a proficient musician – eventually reaching Grade 8/ Diploma standard..... for any age. Unless your teacher has already suggested this, I would recommend looking at the Associated Board of the Royal Schools of Music syllabus [ABRSM] exams for piano and theory, starting from Grade 1 (theory + piano), and working up to grade 8 then Diploma. The ABRSM are based in London, UK, and also cover Egypt.... see this link
