Sticky piano Keys

Hi, I am new here and I have a slight problem with sticky keys on my piano. I will be very thankful for any advice to sort out this problem.

Are the keys staying down or just slow to return ?
Are they grouped together or random ?
Do they stick more with the sustain pedal down ?

OK a few more test

When the key is stuck down can you move the key side to side a bit and will the key move side to side when the key is at rest?

Do you know if it has a Half Blow pedal (soft pedal)
(a Half Blow take the hammers half way to the strings when the left pedal is pressed )

If it is a Half Blow, hold down the sustain pedal then press down the soft pedal and release it quick but keeping the sustain pedal down, do the hammers come back or do some stay up It may take two of you to do that operation.

Some keys do and some keys don't

It sounds like the key bushing need easing this is not a big job and would take a tuner a few seconds on each note to fix However, it could be stiff centres and the damper pedal making it worse is pointing to that direction the 3 test would have confirmed it this repair is expensive and with some pianos like spring and loops will cost more than the piano is worth

There is one other possibility the lock rail may be caching the fronts of the keys but that problems is normally not made any worse with the pedal down

Can you take off the case parts the top door and the fall and take a photo

If it's the lock rail twisting that's causing it,then usually only white notes are affected, if that's any help...
