Hi I have a Stanley Brinsmead piano number 11860 (this number stamped into the metal section beside the strings).
How do I find the year of the instrument ?

No dates of serial numbers are published for Stanley Brinsmead pianos, but they had reached about 14,000 in 1930, so I guess this is late twenties. Without photos, it is impossible to know, so have a look at
