Hartford Player piano

I have a old Hartford player piano,but nobody seems to be able to date it and give me some informations regarding the piano.
It is not in Pierce Piano Atlas, but someone told me it could be a Goldsmith stencil.
Is it the case ?
The piano is in very good shape, the old varnish is gone and I put Antique oil instead. The mechanism is still working and might need some little adjustments.
The sound is great, any idea the actual value of my piano ?

Sorry, we are on the other side of the ocean, but Goldsmith did make some with the name Hartford. No-one anywhere will give you a valuation without on-the-spot inspection by a technician. See

do you know if Goldsmith piano are considered good quality ? Also, does it make a difference if the Hartford is a stencil of Goldsmith? I am trying to sell my piano, but here in Montreal, I did not find anyone who can help me with the value of the piano as they cannot find anything about it. The only thing that I know is that it was build between 1908 and 1910. Why is it so difficult to find that information about the making of this manufacturer ?

My problem is that since 1963 I have been actively researching british pianos, but I hardly ever see an american piano over here, so I can't comment on either name. I deal with over twenty thousand piano names, and most of them are simply not on the internet. That doesn't mean no information is available, it just isn't on the net.
