Hi all!
Have aquired a John Spencer piano, however I know nothing about pianos so I just wondered if someone could take a look at the pics and maybe let me know some more about it!
Would be very much appreciated.

There are problems with the published dates of Spencer numbers, as you can read about two-thirds of the way down the page at

but this suggests a date around 1902, made shortly after the one supplied to the Princess of Wales, which is often wrongly dated at 1905. What sort of information are you hoping for? More general information on this type of piano can be found at
