Paul Bluhdorn Upright Piano

Post by hollywoodinoz »

Hello I have 2 Paul Bluhdorn Pianos which according to the frame are made in Germany. They both have an enormous sound and tone. Better than a mates Ronisch. I cannot find one piece of info anywhere on the net about these pianos. except my 2 and another owned in a family since 1902 and still going. Can you help anyone?? Serial Number is 4932 and 02616 Many thanks Michael

I am sorry I can't help with that name. People are sometimes disappointed if their piano does not have a name, but many piano names are meaningless anyway. I have over thirty thousand piano names on file, the vast majority are not listed on the internet, and many are fictitious.

With German pianos especially, the best chance of dating them is to get your tuner to look on the rear of the action, and see if the action makers' name and number is there. This can be compard with my lists near the end of the page at
