Sauer & Sohn upright piano

hello everyone. i stumbled upon an upright piano in my grandmother's house. i tried searching some info regarding its origin and maker, asa i want to sell it, but so far my efforts have been futile. can someone provide me with some info about it ? it says "sauer & sohn stuttgart" on the front of it. i uploaded some pics below. any help would be greatly appreciated. thanks.

Apart from the fact that they were established in 1863, I have no information about this firm. The markings inside show that it was made after the 1888 exhibition, and I would guess around 1900.
