Nobody anywhere can tell you the value of a piano they haven't examined and tuned. The number suggests that it may have been made in 1919, but dating pianos just by numbers is not that easy, and without photos, I have no idea if that date is likely.
You don't say what sort of piano it is, but here in Britain, ordinary run-of-the-mill upright pianos made around 1919 have very little value unless they have been professionally restored.

To increase the value slightly, the ivory fronts (tops) can be replaced separaterly - each key comes in 2 sections (check it is ivory though).
How many are 'some' ??
If just one or 2, then they can be matched, however the piano woulde not sell well with chipped ivory - bit like a dent or large scratch on a car!
