Performance diploma advice
I am currently thinking of completing an associate performance certificate. My background is in Trinity College, now Trinity Guildhall. Just wondering if anyone on here has actually completed a performance diploma or someone who has taken someone through the diploma.
I was seriously considering doing most of the leg-work myself and perhaps enlist a teacher when I had a good stead in my pieces to help with the final stages. Just looking more for information at this point. Any help welcome!

What kind of specific info are you looking for?
Syllabus requirements?
Levels of Diploma exams? (eg DipABRSM, LRCM, FRCM)
I have taken several of my students through the ABRSM Diploma exams - sorry, not familiar with Trinity. Have you got the syllabus, and list of music?
In the ABRSM exams, the recital is 35 minutes in length. You also have to provide program notes/ Viva Voce.... and perform a ''Quick Study'' - then answer relevant questions. This is not really a 'last minute' thing to involve a teacher, because so many students do not know how to structure their V.V. .... and how to answer questions in a concise manner. This often takes up many lessons alone.
If doing the performance diploma, the pieces should also be learnt from memory if possible.
