How would you improve piano design...

Post by MarkGoodwinPianos »

...if the laws of physics could be changed.

You could get rid of friction.
You could change the angle and strength of gravity
You can invent a material with special properties that has so far not been invented

What would you do?
How would it improve the current piano design?

That can be done stick a piano in a space, but you will have other problems

Get retailers to finish them to a higher stranded - Just little things like lost motion or hammers off the rest on uprights , key levelling would be nice , and my big bug bear is on Grands Damper slap rail set to high.

for me what would be very nice. is going to a new piano in a clients home that is on pitch or above, but not 15cent flat and running flat at both ends
