Playing "moonlight sonata" by candle light always works well for me. :)

[EDIT: I didn't create this topic, it just looks that way because the spammer who started it has since had his post removed.]

I usually play the Love theme from Midsummernights Dream - both candles lit on the sconces.... but one fell off and burnt the house down....

Yeh, I still have her ashes in this box when I scraped them up!
The piano is still going strong & new candles ready!
I have a date this weekend, so wish me luck...

My husband doesn't even play the piano - or any other instrument come to that. However, a large sapphire and diamond ring in a box did the trick...alongside a few pints of Brakspears!
Should I delete his post, or are we all having too much fun? :D
I play for my own amazement... :piano;

Ah, but as he doesn't play, he doesn't interfere. He knows Rachmaninov = PMT = trouble, but other than that he is in blissful ignorance. He only recognises bum notes because of the bad language...

I'm enjoying this thread too.......

NewAge as a charmer was awesome
He woo'd on the piano, not the bass drum
When playing one day
The lass said in dismay
"You're a star - you sound just like Les Dawson!" :?
I was playing the piano in a zoo, when the elephant burst into tears. I said, "Don't you recognize the tune?" He replied, "No, I recognize the ivories!"
