used wellington piano

I recently came into possession of an upright piano. It has the name Wellington on the (I believe) strikeplate with a serial number of 163475. Can anyone help me with identifying it?

My guess is it's a Wellington piano, and if it was made by Cable, the number suggests 1911, but they don't get over this side of the ocean.

Thank you. It is in need of repair, with some damage to the wood as well as the instrument itself. Next step, we need to have someone look at it and give us a quote.
