CF Smith piano, Newington Butts

I think you'll find that this is actually George Frederick Smith, who was at that address in 1911. I have no other references to him on file so far, and he was probably a dealer who bought in pianos from a wholesaler and put his name on them. Any other clues will be hidden inside the piano. How is 1846 written? It will not be the date of the piano. See
