If the organ numbers are in the same sequence as their pianos, this may be early 1890s, but my information suggests that they were not "Ltd." that early.
As we so often have to say with pianos, it is impossible to guess the internal condition of the instrument from here, you would have to find a restorer to look at it.
The monetary worth is similar for Victorian harmoniums and Victorian pianos, very little unless fully restored.

Bill is correct that we cannot guess the internal condition so please upload some high resolution, closeup photographs showing the inside mechanism. Use flash if possible and get everything in focus.
That will give people on here a general idea of the condition and cost of renovation.
If you need a fully accurate assessment and quote for restoration then yes, you'll need to get 3 different restorers in to submit quotes to you.

Looking again at our directory lists for Birmngham, they were "Limited" by 1894, but not in 1890. This suggests that the orgn was made after 1890.
