I have an Erard (Paris) upright piano number 88713. I suspect it's 20th centuary but perhaps you can enlighted me.

That serial number would indicate that it was made in 1905 Edwin ... a mere 106 years old :)

Thank you, that's very interesting. Would it have been made in Paris as labelled or in England?
