If the 'piano number' is the serial number, then it suggests around 1984 for your date.
Depends though whereabouts on the piano you have found these numbers and how you arrived at labelling each set of numbers as the piano/reg number??
If the latter is the serial number, then it suggest a little later - around 1987, but can't really say without seeing these sets of numbers - even if you describe in detail where they are. The serial number is usually near the tuning pins.
