Help needed !!!

im looking to sell my piano we had passed down to us as we are looking to move house, it has WELMAR written under the lid covering the keys and when i opened the top lid it says welmar 59102 inside. it has one key that need repairing apart from that it is in fantastic condition, not been used in years but sounds great. could anybody please give me an estimate at what i should sell the piano for?

Ring 3 local piano shops and take the best price. Beware the person who says ohhhh its worth thousands but doesnt want to buy it.

If you want to sell your piano privately, please refer to the instructions above in the blue box.
No one here can value it, or give an estimate as the condition both internally & externally is unknown. Pianos from the 1950's are also 'outdated' and less popular these days, so this might reflect in your asking price. Also have a look at various on-line auctions to get an idea.....

Selling your piano to a piano shop, or piano tradesman is the last resort, and you'll get very little for it - maybe £100 - at a guess. However, the sale will be swift, wont cost you anything in advertising (and sitting & waiting), and they'll remove it for you.
