I have an Obermeier upright piano and it's been in the family for 2 or 3 generations. Please can some of the forum members advise me on its approximate value. Thank you in advance for your help. E: vishalpanjwani@hotmail.com

As noted in the blue heading above, your local tuner is the only person who can give this advise after an on-site inspection.Liverbird wrote:I have an Obermeier upright piano and it's been in the family for 2 or 3 generations. Or Google to get an idea of recent on-line auction sales. (Recently for a similar make piano on Ebay in the Uk a dozen or so people didn’t go above 50 pounds bid price).
I was playing the piano in a zoo, when the elephant burst into tears. I said, "Don't you recognize the tune?" He replied, "No, I recognize the ivories!"
