No, I don't think the term "rare" could be applied to any Eavestaff piano, many mention the princesses, but it's not a "personal seal", they were mass-produced. The highest recorded serial numbers are not even a tenth of the one you quote, so there must be another number somewhere. If it has a tuning flap under the keyboard, look there. Otherwise, it might be on the soundboard inside the bottom.
