Help please!!
Hello everyone! I am new here, I've been always looking to this website and reading the forum! I am about to buy my first piano here in England, I am from Brazil, so sorry about my poor English!
anyway...in Brazil the secondhand piano market is tough, lots of people who doesn't really care much about piano, but money! I had a look in a few and have those in my list: they are a bit different from each other...
grotrian-steinweg grand 5ft
Kawai 350 grand 5ft
Yamaha U1 upright
Petrof 115 upright
Broadwood 4ft
the Kawai, Yamaha and Petrof are from 90's
the Grotrian and Broadwood from 30's
what sould I do? which one should I buy?
many thanks
Alex

mmmmmm.... perhaps you need to decide first whether its a grand you want, or an upright?
For personal taste & touch/tone, I prefer playing Rach on a grand.
How much space do you have????

If the money's going to be an issue, I'd visit http://www.kawaius-tsd.com/pages/used_pnos.html
and Google 'used (whatever brand)' for any bargains as well as go on eBay. It depends how much you are willing to spend and what prices you're seeing.
