Hurdy Gurdy Tune...

...anyone ever heard of this? It's a beginner's piano duet and a customer is very keen to trace the book it's after having learned it 300 years ago...
Just wondered if any of you knowledgeable lot might know which book it's in. It was a landscape piano duet book and that's all she can remember.
I play for my own amazement... :piano;
