Eavestaff Piano - how old?

Can anyone help me identify the age of my Eavestaff piano?

The Serial Number is 73385.

Eavestaff's published dates of serial numbers are misleading. It might be around 1927, but there are several sets of numbers running at different times. If you could post photos, or email them to me, I may be able to give you more idea. The complete, exact wording on the piano would also help. The majority of Eavestaffs are minipianos, introduced from 1934 onwards.
