Information on piano

Post by keziasian »

Hi, Iv been offered a free piano, thats the good news. The bad news is I dont play, and know nothing about pianos, but willing to learn. My question is, its a H Hansen Berlin, no matter how much I search I cant find any mention of this make/model. Can anyone give me some info on this make, I havnt seen it, and all I know is that its an upright, and its wallnut. What I realy want to know, and I know its free, but is it worth going to all the trouble of picking it up ?
THANKS

Get a tuner to look at it first

If Im not mistaken, H Hansen Berlin is some kind of an old-modeled piano.
I was trying to Google it, but I didnt get any info.
If I were you, I would get the piano (since it's free) and try to use it or sell it on eBay as vintage item :D
