Erard piano

Post by gerimayo »

We have an Erard piano - i am unable to find the serial #. This is a grand piano and is in very good furniture condition- It needs some work to play.

I was wondering how would I go about finding the serial # and the year of this beautiful piano -Where will I be able to send you photos so that you can see it- which may better help.

Thank you.

The number should be easily visible inside the top, but you may have to slide out the music desk to see it. Directions below for sending photos. We also need to know if it is London or Paris.

118585 would suggest 1928, and they are fairly accurate around this time. See
