Another Yamaha problem
Hello again
Please could you help me with another query about my new Yamaha V114NTS Silent upright?
The 2 middle octaves sound really "muddy" and "clangy" so that you can't hear notes in the higher octaves properly when played against them, and if you use the sustain pedal the sound just becomes one big noise!! (I certainly didn't notice this in the shop by the way.) Is this fixable at the dealer's expense, or is it something to do with this particular model? At the moment, I would consider it unplayable.
Many thanks for any advice
Jen
