You already have the name! I presume you meant th date.
You will need to state the serial number, which will be written somewhere inside the piano, usually at the top righ hand side near to the tuning pins.

I am assuming this is CRAMER? The published dates of Cramer serial numbers do not apply to the Liverpool ones, so the number will not help, and when I spoke to the firm years ago, they were unaware of the Liverpool branch, although my own research has confirmed that it was definitely a branch of the same firm. Two pedals is the normal arrangement for the vast majority of British pianos. Have a look at
