A rough estimate would be 1906, but no actual dates of numbers are available before 1910. Otherwise, you need a US source.

The numbers I gave are on the inside of the piano. There is also initials and dates engraved on the inside. I think it was for when it was tuned. They start with 1-13-22. Any idea where I can find info?

Their numbers were only 39000 in 1922. Being based in the UK, I have never seen one, and in 41 years, I have never found an american equivalent to my collection.
