Yes, I certainly have some information on file about PHILLIPS (E.C.) & Co., London, but "1850 Mare Street" is not the address of course, they were established in 1850, and located at 415 Mare street, Hackney NE from at least 1899 to 1936.
1916? Piano #7906, said to have been bought new 1916.
1924 E.C. Phillips & Co. piano dated by Langer action number.
This might help, if your tuner can find a name and number on the rear of the hammer rail. I don't if they were ever real makers.

I'm sorry, this is a piano history forum, we don't do valuation. Nobody can tell you anything about the piano just from the name, and nobody can guess the value or condition without tuning it.

I am very willing to put a rough valuation on your piano but only if you can upload a handful of photos showing the inside and outside if your piano. Get nice and close, use the flash and try to stay in focus
It will then be very easy to give a rough valuation
Thanks
Mark
