Song Notation

I really want to learn how to play this song, however, I'm new to piano and although i've tried to learn it by sight and ear I was wondering if any of you could figure out the notes that this guy is playing. It's a fantastic song. I appreciate any feedback given. I apologise for being such a newbie.

Have you tried writing the note names above/below to the music or written yourself a RH arrangement on a blank piece of paper using note names only?
