NEUMEYER Piano
Post by Chopin-Fan »
Hello,
in our Family we have a piano from the manufacturer NEUMEYER and the serial number is 23281. The pianomaker who tunes the piano every year says, that it´s aproximately from 1910, but doesn´t know more. Do you know more?
Regards

There were at least five different piano firms called Neumeyer, can you tell me any more? Any addresses or other details?

It´s in our family since around 1965 and I only know that it was before that time in a Bavarian pub. I don´t know more.
If that´ll help you I can search a picture of it and post it here.

Don't post it on the forum, email me. Is there any information other than "Neumeyer" on the front or inside?

The only information in the front is "NEUMEYER", inside the piano there is the serial number, nothing more.

Although I still did not find a picture of the piano and do not own a digital camera I discovered new information inside except the serial number: On the iron frame there is the symbol I´ll send you.
