minipiano tuning and service

Hi, I just bought a nice minipiano Eavestaff, I guess from the 30's.
Both because of space problems and beauty in the design...

I read a bit here ad there in the forum and it seems that not so many people can tune it or adjust few things...
Mine is out of tune, some keys ( 4 ) have a "stiff" action, and that's it for the moment, i guess.
Anyone that could give me some hope?

the serial number is 7296, and the "blocked" keys are working now!!

There's a list of tuners on this site, if you look to the list on the left.
Are the tuning pins behind a board underneath the keyboard? If so, you may have problems finding someone who'll tune it without grumbling!
