Piano Tuned.
You never realise just how out of tune your piano is until it has been tuned. I had my Brodmann tuned today and it sounds beautiful. It sounded like an ice cream van before.
The guy who tuned it isn't my usual tuner, but they are friends. He really likes the piano and thinks it is developing into a rather nice piano. He thought it sounded a bit raw when it was new. Well, sometimes they do!
When I have made my final payment on the piano in a couple of months time, I am going to treat it to a full servicing, voicing and regulation, as I've had it for 2 years and really pound it, so its going a bit uneven.
Still haven't touched my poor old Bluthner - but I can't quite afford to have both pianos tuned so close to christmas (stingey scot!)
