Suggested books for slight beginner
Hello! I recently (re) started playing the piano again after a long old time not playing. Over the last few years i've slowly started playing again, writing a couple of peices (in my head) still without learning music. I can read the right hand as i learnt to read alto sax music so i'm not totally lost but would like to learn to read piano music properly. Can anyone suggest any good books to help me develop a slightly better/more thorough technical knowledge? And indeed any other tips for learning/practicing. Thanks!

Dave's right; Complete Piano player (full omnibus edition) would be a fantastic revision cxourse for you, and you'll know all the songs so you'll know whether you're right or not!
