a nice twist is whisky, crabb's green ginger wine, spot of honey and some hot water (not a lot of water, just enough to warm it). This one is called a whisky mac and it will blow your head off never mind cure the cold! (talks from bitter experience. . . .well, it wasn't that bitter, i just passed out!)
