It's not one I know, but to begin looking for information, I would need some more clues. Is there any other information on it, such as the town or country of origin? Could you email some photos to me?

There was one advertised in Norway a few months ago (the ad is no longer online). It described it as a "taffelpiano" by Joh. J. Langholdt
piano-forte-fabrik, Hamburg

I have no other detail about it.

Taffelpiano is literally a "Table Piano", better known as a querpiano or square piano. I am assuming that this is like a rectangular table with a keyboard set into the longer side? The term "Square Grand" was used in various ways, is this your own description, or is it on the piano?
