How much does it cost to get a piano tuned?

I've always paid about £40. Am I paying too much, or does that seem about right? Cheers

Ok.... thanks for your help everyone.
He is fairly local, but he still lives 5 miles or so from where I live.

I pay £45 to my tuner who is Steinway tuned and travels a ridiculous distance from the other side of the county to see me. He's the best tuner I've had in the last 40 years and worth far more than he charges. Not only do I ply him with Earl Grey as soon as he walks through my door, I also serve it in my best bone china mug, such is my respect for him (see previous thread about how we treat our tuners!)
