Rates for piano lessons?

I'm paying £12 per half hour, which I've heard is the average rate. How much do you think is a reasonable rate?

Depends where you live and on the teacher's capabilities; some only teach to grade V, others can teach to diploma level and beyond.

Not entirely sure what qualifications she's got, but I know she's gone to grade 8, and that diploma degree thing (sorry, don't know what it's called!) afterwards.
I think she's godd, and she's knows what she's talking about, so that's what counts.
