may i ask what is the effect of metronome equipment on pianos?

I don't know about the effect on the piano but they have bugger all effect on any pianist I know.

I think that this is a very good question. Ma, if you have been on the piss, its no wonder that you're rhythm is a bit unsteady, and probably explains the rattling your experiencing.

I think that maybe you should seek help before its too late.

If the felt or rubber base is missing, metronome equipment can cause some nasty scratches on pianos. As to the effect on the pianist, that is a bit unpredictable. It has also been known to fascinate cats.

Aren't the wrong notes the ones the composer forgot to write down when he was sticking all the others on the manuscript?
My metronome has two very useful functions:
a) It hides the scratch the wretched cat put on the casework when it was chasing a daddy long legs.
b) It's one less spot to have to dust.
I believe the digital ones were designed for brass players as competition to see who could make the most noise.
