WHAT SHOULD I CHARGE?
Questions on learning to play the piano, and piano music.

Depending on the age and experience of you student, most lessons will fall between 20-30 mintes. For children, their optimum attention span will start to decline after 10 minutes so teaching styles and content will also have to be considered also - but I'm sure you know about that bit.
As far as lesson pricing goes, it really depends on the area in which you are teaching. For example, where I live, people charge between 10-15GBP for a 30 minute lesson, give or take a minute or two either way. It wouldn't do any harm to ask around and do some detective work before finally deciding on how much to charge. Admittedly, 10GBP sounds like a happy medium for a 30 minute lesson.
Again, depending on what other people are used to, others on the forum may think this is a bargain!
