nolman brand

good day... just played a nolman brand with two pedals which is according to the tech is made in japan... can anybody inform me if this brand is a good piano... i saw the letters TIP.250 inside, wander if it is the serial no. if it is the s.no. when was it manufactured?

Never come across one but names are not a way to tell if an secondhand piano is any good you need a tuner to look at them before you buy
