I guess he must be trying to keep his number 1 fan sweet?
Run a spyware check on your computer. I used to get strange and, sometimes, offensive stuff pop up on my screen when I was trying to check my e-mail until I tweaked my firewall settings and ran a spyware/add-ons scan.
It's amazing the stuff and the amount of it that just latches onto the websites you visit - so be honest, have you been checking up on the Paul Gambaccini fansite lately?

It didn't do it to me just now; probably took a peek at my bank account and decided not to bother with me...

Waaaah, it's back. I'll put the mute on before I visit the Forum in future... I don't need to know about office space in Oklahoma.

I HAVE got a popup blocker. Which evidently doesn't. The mute switch will do...if I try to do anything on my computer I'll end up starting a war in some Third World country or marrying a twelve year old Pro-Am whelk wrestler from Armpit, Nebraska.
I never get adverts or anything else I didn't ask for when I log in. If your theory is right, they obviously took one look at my mind and decided they couldn't do any more damageOpenwood wrote:Ah, that explains it. I thought it might have been the little people trying to mess with my mind again. They poison my tea you know.

It's an invasion of my music and my thoughts, if I want to buy something I'll ask, it's worse than cold calling.
