Value August Forster pianos

can someone please tell whether these prices are fair or not

1991 (sold 1993) August Forster Modell D 116 &3500 (dealer)

1997 (sold 2000) AF Modell E 116 &5000 (private)

assume normal or underuse, good condition, no problems, no scratches etc

NB I've seen other AF pianos advertised for less (though I've never managed to catch up with the buyers)

The private one seem a bit on the expensive site don’t the 116E start at &5000 to 7000 new

according to them they price was &9000 in 2000, the US price is now $14000 I think they have rapidly escalated in price over the past few years due to inflation
I can't find a contemporary UK price

I would email AF and find out who is the main dealer in the UK if there is one and get a price of them or try pianos on line they normally have prices for most make but some are out of date

I would not say that AF is that good of a piano to warrant a price tag a 9000 but I have not seen any of the new ones lately
