More modern Witton pianos were made by Barratt & Robinson, and follow their numbers, but no dates of numbers are published for the older ones. In 1899, they were still calling themselves "Witton & Witton", but by 1911, they were "Witton, Witton & Co." so that tells us that your piano is twentieth-century. Have a look at the "Datemarks" booklet on the PianoGen website, or I can compile a report from photos.
