Knight k15 compact upright

I have what I believe to be a Knight K15 compact upright, (ebonised with matching stool) which was fully and professionally refurbished at the turn of the 21st century and last retuned in 2003. The serial number is 49184 and the makers plate states that it was made in England.
I am told that the compact K15, which stands approx 38 inches tall is quite a rare breed in the UK and that a specimen in good condition might be quite desireable. Can anyone please advise when and where in the UK this piano was made and what its likely value would be today.

It's hard enough to use the word "rare" aboput antique pianos, but anything as modern as a K15 is not rare where I come from - quite near the old Knight factory in Debden, Essex. The number suggests 1970, but have a look at the Datematks link at
