kemble vs yamaha

Post by violdin »

Hi - I have qa limit of £3K to spend on a piano - the best deals I have found so far (including delivery to my isolated location) are a used U3 and a brand new Kempble K121 CL - any recommendations appreciated. I am a woodwind teacher - so need something decent on this limited budget.
Thanks

K121.

Unless the used U3 is totally minty, looks and plays like new, and is newer than serial number 4 million.

kembles

The Kemble 121 was placed second in the 'largest ever piano comparison test ever'. It came second to a Steinway over 4 times the price. The test results are available from Kemble on a double cd rom. There's quite a bit of boffiny white-coat stuff but it's well meaning.

A K121 for three grand? Now that's discounting!

It's a smartened-up P121N.
